Durante el mes de abril, Amazon Prime Video presenta dos series originales de la plataforma:

FRANK OF IRELAND (Fecha a confirmar)

Esta serie original de Amazon Prime Video está protagonizada y escrita por los hermanos Gleeson (Domhnall y Brian).

Al primero lo hemos visto en la última trilogía de Star Wars, About Time (2013) , Ex-Machina (2014) y en la serie Run (2020). Mientras que al otro hermano lo conocemos de Phantom Thread (2017), Logal Lucky (2017) y Snow White and The Huntsman (2012).

Frank of Ireland es una comedia irlandesa en la que Brian Gleeson interpreta a un hombre adulto atascado luego de una separación que se ve obligado a enfrentar sus problemas debido a la presión de su entorno familiar.

Para hacerlo (o no) contará con el apoyo de su mejor amigo Doofus.

El show cuenta con una temporada confirmada de seis episodios.

THEM (9 de abril)

Esta serie de terror fue creada por Little Marvin y sigue a una familia afroamericana que se muda a un vecindario de blancos en la década del 50. Además de los problemas raciales, fuerzas malévolas, vecinas y de otro mundo les jugarán una mala pasada.

Cuenta con 10 episodios y está protagonizada por Deborah Ayorinde Ashley (Luke Cage) Thomas (Top Boy) y Shahadi Wright Joseph (Us).
